It is very important that this inspection is completed prior to you owning the home for 365 days.

Walk and Talk Consulation
This option helps homebuyers who may choose to forego the inspection contingency. This is a consultation where we’ll walk through the interior and exterior of a home with a potential home buyer to share our observations, concerns, and insights with the home. We STRONGLY encourage an inspection after purchase.
Annual Maintenance Inspection
This inspection is for current home owners to identify and prioritize home maintenance. We can often identify small problems before they become big problems. This inspection can be tailored to your needs. In leiu of a full inspection many choose to limit annual inspections to the roof, attic, and crawl space.
